Overview Description

Mercer Business is a monthly business magazine that has been published continuously since 1924 by the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce, one of the largest regional chambers in New Jersey with more than 1,300 member businesses throughout the Mercer County area. The magazine is mailed monthly to 8,500 businesspeople and decision-makers in the greater Mercer County region. Regular Special Supplements

In addition to publishing inserts and supplements that are relevant to the current business climate, important events and other matters of general business interest, Mercer Business publishes the following supplements on an annual basis:

Membership Directory: Annually, Mercer Business Magazine publishes the Membership Directory of the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce. This Directory is a complete list of all member companies sorted by name and by industry and includes addresses, phone and fax numbers, websites, e-mail addresses, key contact names and their contact information and a brief profile of the company. It is a valuable long term resource to member businesses.

The Directory issue also contains a Fact Book section providing a county and municipal data guide highlighting important information, such as municipal populations, property taxes, largest employers, government officials and new developments. Additional copies of the Fact Book section are produced separately and are distributed throughout the year by the Mercer County Division of Economic Development, the Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce and Mercer County Association of Realtors for individuals or corporations looking to relocate to Mercer County.

The Mercer Business Directory is distributed annually in February to Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce members at no charge. Throughout the year, new Chamber Members receive the Directory as part of their introductory package.

Discover The Best of Central Jersey: This Tourism and Relocation Guide is published annually as a supplement to the magazine’s June issue. This supplement highlights the region's historic and cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants and lodging and includes a calendar of events to encourage visitors, businesses, and new residents to enjoy Mercer's many attractions. The total circulation of the pocket-sized guide is 45,000, which is also distributed in local hotels, at area national events, realtors' offices, and in numerous visitors centers throughout the state.

Bridges to Mercer Business: This special issue, published annually in July is a limited-space opportunity for businesses to showcase their company with a full page advertorial, including full color photos. This editorial-style profile provides advertisers with a highly visible and creative method to tell their story or otherwise promote their businesses in a magazine format.
